On Monday, September 7th we fire up the kitchen for the very first time: the lights low, the bar ready, the first plate leaving the pass. One opening night only — and as part of the House List, you get 24 hours of priority to book your table before anyone else. By the time the rest find out, your seat on Opening Night is already saved.
